The ELC Programme’s social purpose is to spread and embed person centred management processes at scale.
To achieve this, we have invested heavily over the last 7 years in developing, testing and improving a range of methodologies and programme based approaches that support person centred change and transformation.
We undertake this developmental work through The ELC Impact Fund. The Impact Fund recycles profit made from paid for services into programme development and improvement.
If the work you want to do helps spread and embed person centred change in a new way, we may be able to invest ELC Impact funding in that work.
